awesome art! Do you use sketchup and do you prefer blender over it?

I'm proficient in Blender.  To be honest, though, I haven't had any experience in Sketchup, so I can't say if I prefer one over the other.

Thanks for the response. Does Blender have an in program renderer?

It has two.  It has the Blender Internal render engine, which is the old engine with the most functionality.  But it also is old and limited in certain areas. It relies on CPU rendering only.  They have a GPU renderer called Cycles which also comes packaged with Blender for free.  Cycles is like Octane in that it uses your graphics card to render.  It is newer than the internal, but is getting more and more features.  I use it almost exclusively for rendering.  It supports both GPU and CPU rendering, depending on what your system is capable of.

Great work, did you use only blender for this?

Hey, thanks! I imported the character from Poser and textured and posed him inside Blender. Then I built everything else inside Blender.

I have a little question, I'm new to blender and I want to try it for architect work.
What tutorials do you suggest to me, And how long do you think to start making renders like this?
Regards

Hi!

I recommend: [link]

That should help you get started! And it all depends on how much time and effort you put into it. The more time and effort, the sooner you'll get the results you want.

Hopefully that helps you!
