Here's a question that I've just been trying to figure out... how do you get eyeliner/eye color UNDERNEATH your top eyelashes so you don't see skin? Please help!! LOL.

hey, well ive done this i think 2 years ago either when i was 13/14 so ill have to figure out how i did it..i know i used adobe photoshop all i did was use different brush and percents and styles of lighting and color on the picture.
