Yeah, this one is tiny too. lol.Moar Raichu art from me. x3 He's so adorable. I love how fat they make his sprite in Pokemon Platinum. xD He can barely make it off the ground when he jumps. And he's so cute when he pops out of the pokeball on your side; he acts all tough. lol.
