I had finished this a while back actually, just never got around to posting it xD I found it buried deep in the art folders.I wanted to do a sprite of Vlad. Keep in mind this is the first time I've ever done sprite art so I have no knowledge of how to shade them properly or anything. I just went with whatever looked right to me, and I'm fairly pleased with it.

I always wanted Raichu to be in Smash Bros. Have like a thunderstone item that pikachu would use to evolve. And everyone else it would just be like..a random throwing item. That like..paralyzes an opponent if it hits for a short amount of time. lol
