Ok I JUST finished this like 5 minutes ago and I'm throwing it on here. I can't tell you how long this took me, but it took me a LONG while. (I did little by little at study breaks
). This is done on MS PAINT. (I can't afford any program right now.. 
) After this, I have to say that MS is a pain in the butt! And if I EVER have to work on it again, it will be too soon....Oh and I know that the shadows are off, but I'm too tired of messing with this thing... Maybe I'll fix it one day... And if you have any suggestions or anything, let me know!
FINAL NOTE: I AM NOT A RYOKO HATER. She's my second favorite. And this drawing isn't to bash her, its just in fun. So don't hurt me (hides behind chair)
I DO NOT own these characters in any way, shape, or form. They are characters from the series Tenchi Muyo from FUNimation.

lol! yeah Ayeka wrote a love letter to Tenchi which Ryo-oki was delivering when she crashed in the door. lol Ryoko was an add-in later to make it funnier. hehe

You could try using a program called GiMP... It's a free and legal download.
This is Awesome btw. you have mad MS Paint Skillz!!!
