I feel that zombies are so much more dangerous than for example vampires or werewolves.

Dude, is that at all based off the pic on Danny's bed of Sam-stalking-paraphernalia in Fanning the flames?

Yusp, that it is.
Except the clothes, she is actually supposed to be wearing some sort of v-neck and a choker (but I have a weird distaste for chokers). So I just... made some clothes for her. 8D
Geeks are brilliant, I love geeks. I'm going to marry a geek somtime.

It probably didn't get through because it's almost impossible to draw her hair from the other side... I have six or seven attempts where she looks BALD. Like Lancer bald.
(This drawing was flipped... I actually drew her the wrong way on purpose...)
And she looks best punked out or crossdressing because... her normal clothes are kinda boring... For a goth. I really don't think "goth" when I see her. I think "hey, a girl with a weird haircut and black clothes."
Geeks have all the cool stuff.

Eeek. Bald!Sam haunts your nightmares. D:
And yeah, that's kind of the feeling I get, too. Her normal hair kinda bugs me if I stare at it too long. (Although I do like when she dresses up. *snuzzles Parental Bonding*)
And I know, right? Especially in movie/cartoon/tv/comic-book-land. *steals*

Her normal hair looks impossible to me. It just doesn't seem right. I can't imagine what it would look like in real life, it's like.. topknot + bob + widow's cut and that's just a black rainbow of hair. Which is weird. Her hair looks awesome in Beauty Marked though. Real bad-ass.
And one day geeks shall rule the universe.

Well, Sam is obviously way too happy to go around being goth. I say she gets her punk on!

Sykoekk In reply to Dancing-Elephant [2009-03-10 22:49:16 +0000 UTC]
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who thought that. I mean, I can understand why the whole 'I am totally attracted to the dark side of things' thing qualifies in tv-land to be goth, but in all fairness...
Goth-bird of happiness... yeah. O.o
Besides which, Punk!Sam would just totally kick arse.

Dancing-Elephant In reply to Sykoekk [2009-03-11 09:25:19 +0000 UTC]
I always thought Sam overdid it. A LOT. I mean, the vampire cape and the fake teeth? Come on! The spider backpack was okay, but she takes the whole "I am goth and therefore I have to love vampires and purple"-thing a bit too far.
The goths that mingled around Circus Gothica didn't look very "goth" either... More like punk-goth with a tad of emo hair.
And Punk!Samantha is going to kick some ass in UTRA, my new, soon to be started DP fan comic!

...Now that I think about it, I have never seen an actual goth bring an umbrella to shield themselves from the poisonous grasp of the sun. Did Butch & Co. make that whole thing up?
I don't think ANYONE can talk about different styles anymore, with all the sub-things going on. I miss the days when rock was rock and hip-hop was hip-hop.
Wait, are the other dpPlz icons? CAN YOU GIVE THEM?

Sykoekk In reply to Dancing-Elephant [2009-03-12 23:35:23 +0000 UTC]
-shrug- Possibly. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if I actually did run across some loony and/or albino that did do that... although I would sympathize with the albino and laugh at the loony.
Preach it. On the one hand, I like the variety of styles today. On the other, I don't like being confused on who's who and what's what. It's like trying to eat a salad that you think has tomato and finding out it was creatively dyed onion.
And sorry, but this is the only one I can find:
"I'm goin' ghost!"

Dancing-Elephant In reply to Sykoekk [2009-03-13 08:20:27 +0000 UTC]
Albino's are cool. And I think I've seen someone with an umbrella in sunshine, once. Wapanese or lolita, I think.
...I'm ashamed, I had to google "preach it..." I need to watch more momvies. XDD
Oh, and don't get me wrong, I love variety too, I just don't like people fighting about what's what.
Someone should make some DPlz icons. Do I want to take that responsibility? Can I handle the pressure? Who knows.

Dancing-Elephant In reply to Sykoekk [2009-03-15 11:41:21 +0000 UTC]
Lolita's try to make anything cute.
I dunno, I looked it up in the Urban Dictionary. At first I thought it meant something along the lines of "SHUT UP," so I was kinda happy when it didn't. (:
...I am SO totally yeah going to make some Dplz icons. This is going to be AWESOME.
