An enigmatic figure that never shows his face, Oleander makes for quite the intimidating individual to those first meeting him. While he speaks politely and seems friendly enough, there's just something about him that puts an uneasy chill through most wyngrew - although, that might be largely in part to his choice of attire. The emblem he wears around his neck isn't one belonging to the Order of Hunters; its origins trace back to the Luxhallow religion. It is an indicator of someone who is undergoing penance given only by Luxhallowan priests, though the exact reason why Oleander was issued this symbol remains unknown.

He rarely ventures into town and when he does, it's only to pay a visit to the local church. Very unusual indeed.
