I like the branch that covers some of the notes, it gives the thing a more realistic tone.
But the fairy on the mushroom is a bit strange... I think the fairy should be a bit lower, sinked into the mushroom.
Also, the mushroom has no shadow but it doesn't disturb as much. Can be explained by the light coming from... somewhere else.

Thankyou for your insights. I did try to make the fairy look at bit more natural on the mushroom, but Im just not that good yet
I always put my shadows in last, and almost always forget to put them in because of that!
