Description Sorry I haven't uploaded anything in a while! Been busy with life and such I have been working on stuff but nothing that's even close to being finished lol

I did manage to do a speed paint last night that I was happy with so I decided to submit it. Loved the Dredd movie that just came out I told myself after I saw it that I wanted to do a little something for it, looks like I finally got around to it : )

Used Photoshop CS6
Took 5~ hours.
