This looks so familiar. Did you draw her or someone with a similiar face, head, or maybe even just hair style before? I know that there is something that this is reminding me of but what that something is, I just can't figure out. the only part of this that isn't constantly trying to force me into remembering something is the bottom half of her mouth.
