I will say your shading and lining techniques are superb! The proportions are nicely placed, and the semi-realistic (though definitely leaning towards realistic) aesthetic is laid out to give a very 3D feel to it. Well made!
Though I will note something small-- if I hadn't known the fandom or the title and looked at the image, I may have confused it for a girl. The only reason I say that is because the lips have a strong feminine orange blossom tint to them that seem like the (sort of) natural lip color of a pale woman.
Aside from that, it's perfect in my opinion! I really wish to learn to shade and draw without using black as a lining color and make it look realistic like this. Great effort, and keep up the great work! ^^
