Anatomy-wise, I don't really see anything wrong, other then the fact that the thumb for the left hand (the clenched one) should be placed further down (It's actually pretty hard to notice and took me a while to realize what was bothering me about the hand, so not really too much of a problem) It might actually be the area where the hand curves into the thumb??? Sorry, I don't know what to call it >.<;
I think the only other thing I notice is that its hard to tell what direction the light is coming from, though it might just be the design/concept that you were for. From the lighter areas towards the edges of the jacket, it's obvious that there is light coming from the back, but in that case, there should be shadows on both sides of the neck, not just one. Because of the shadows on the neck, it appears that there is also light emitting from his right side, but in that case, the left side of him should have more shadows . Also, if light is emitted from the back, there would be more shadows on his front side, but since there isn't, for me, it appears that there is also light in from of him.
The other minor details I noticed is the lack of shading on the drawstrings of his jacket and face. The lack of shadows on the drawstrings gives it a stiffer appearance instead of the "flowy" one which you might be going for. Also, unless the face mask is skin tight, there should be some shadows where the mask meets the face, especially in areas where the mask and face intersects.
Other then that, I can't really see any other thing to point out! As I said in my last critique, the way you draw eyes are absolutely mesmerizing, and the dark scleras really being out the blue and makes it bolder! The light, glowing effect is really good and works ready well with the blurring effect! The blurring effect really makes the character "pop out,", forcing us to focus on him. Overall, I love this piece, especially the eyes and the effects!(Sorry for having to have you read so much! I tend to go really into detail at times...)
