1. To Install this is what will you need:
- A computer running Windows from, 7SP1 to 10.
- A Functional copy of WindowBlinds (Best to activate).
- And an Installation of Classic Shell

2. Instructions for Windows 7SP1 to 8/8.1:
First, install Classic Shell. Then a window should pop up from Classic Shell. In the tab "Start Menu Style" there should be some styles that you can apply. Select the "Classic Style". Then click on the check box "Replace Start Button". Down below the check box, there should be some buttons that you can use. For this theme select "Custom" and before you click the button "Select Image" put the "Windows 9x-2000" image somewhere safe where you will not delete it. When you have moved it click on "Select Image" and locate the image "Windows 9x-2000" where you have put it. Then go to the tab "Skin". There should be a drop-down box click on it. Locate the skin. "Windows Basic". Then down at the bottom, there should be a button "OK" click on it. It should close the window. Now right-click on any empty space on the taskbar and then select "Start Menu Properties". Check the small box "Use small icons" and click apply or ok. The start menu and taskbar is done. Then apply the wallpaper. The last thing is the theme. This requires WindowBlinds which is a paid program! Please use the trial or buy the software! After you install WindowBlinds activate the software or use the trial. Double click on "Theme". Then the theme will install. To apply open Windowsblinds (If not opened) and find the theme "Win Retro". Click on apply. Done, you can close WindowBlinds.

It is basically the same but one part is a little bit different. First, install Classic Shell. Then a window should pop up from Classic Shell.
