Description
Dolly Delta is a first-year detective with the Galactic Guardian Police and Alanne Alpha's [link] partner. Although she is roughly the same age and attended the Academy the same time as Alanne, she graduated top of her class and was the fastest to be promoted as a detective in her precinct, but when she hits the streets since her promotion, her record is laced with property damages and injury lawsuits due to her natural ditziness and klutziness. She was transferred to the same sector of the galaxy where Alanne patrols where they became partners. In her first case since, she discovers a plot by the Destructicus crime syndicate to hunt down the remaining survivors of Allurea, and brainwash them to service the syndicate. The trial of clues lead to the Terran (Earth) Solar System, an IP-restricted “no interference” zone, where an Allurean survivor sought refuge. It leads to the events that paired Dolly and Alanne with a kindhearted and naïve half-breed Earthling named Ginger Hale and the adventures they have followed since then.

Dolly is a bubble-headed and accident-phone ditz, but her amazing detective skills and overwhelming sense of justice makes up for her flaws. She also has a happy-go-lucky attitude and is always upbeat when the odds are against her. She keeps her clouded mind clear by giggling. She also has a serious side when her friends and partners are in danger. Like her unique race, every time she goes too happy, she slowly transforms into an adorable space bunny, and can transform back to normal at will. She is extremely allergic to garlic, and cries like a baby whenever things does not goes her way or after tripping and landing on her butt. Her favorite hobbies are reading detective holo-novels and target shooting with standard-issue blaster pistol. Her favorite Earth foods are California sushi rolls, raw carrots and angel’s food cake.

Despite her klutziness and horrible service record, Dolly is an experienced detective with expertise on criminal psychology, alien forensics and weapons ballistics. She is an expert in alien martial arts disciplines, and is learning Earth-based hand-to-hand combat techniques since she and Alanne were registered in INTERCEPT’s metahuman hero database. She is an expert in piloting and driving several alien-based spacecraft and land vehicles, including the Patrol’s experimental assault mech-suits. She also has extensive computer training, both alien and Earth-based. She is the custodian of an unofficial IP precinct asteroid located between Earth’s and its’ moon’s orbit. She pilots her IP-issue space cruiser stationed at the asteroid.
