She is 74. But she could always have regenerated in the time war, and come out looking like she's 80, 55, 40, 33, 27, 16, and a lot of other ages.

Our Doctor aged to an old cranky man, then became a late-middle-ager, then a sligtly younger middle-ager, then a forty-something, then in his mid-to-late twenties, then a prettier forty-something, then a short uglier forty-something, then a thirty-something that aged into an early senior, then a man in his late forties, that in the Time-War aged into a very old man, then became in his early-to-mid forties, then mid-thirties, then in his early twenties, and then an early senior again. You never know what age you're gonna get with him. Next time you know he will be in his mid-to-late teens, or an eighty year old.

(And, yes, a 55-year-old in the Early Sixties is an old man, and a 55-year-old in the New Tens is just an early senior. 55-year-old Peter Capaldi would look 43 to 55-year-old William Hartnell, and 55-year-old William Hartnell would look 78 to 55-year-old Peter Capaldi. Billy i mean Mr. Hartnell would look old enough to be Mr. Capaldi oops i mean Peter s' father, despite them being both the same age.)
