I have to say, i think you did a good job w/ the premade textures/background
and generally I think the figures look pretty good
but:
the blue-hair dude seems rather stiff in the way he's leaning against the wall, a little like he's supporting himself just on his head
the same dude's left hand looks very odd and spidery as well
and I think both their adam's apples are unnecessarily large, like they have some huge ball caught in their throats.
I also feel like the two are not very differentiated from each other... it's good to develop variable features, so people don't look like slightly altered copies of each other..
I like your simple technique for making clothing wrinkles!

I have to agree, that the positions are a little off. And the adam's apples are a little large. I was trying to make them look older from how i normally draw them, and it was the first time trying this slightly style of drawing. And i kinda of failed at it OTL but at least i tried xD; As for predominant features, i need to practice it. I'm still trying to master all of it. And I'm happy with how the wrinkles came out. I usually have a hard time with it and i'm glad that you like how they turned out. ^^
