Let's see here. I'm thinkin' somewhere around 5'00, so like 4'11 or 5'03 or 5'07.
Weight...seeing as he's a steel type, I'd like to say he gains a lot of weight, so I'd say 220-245 lbs.

I don't like the face to much... Maybe try to make it more "horse-sh"? Remember these horse where usually bulky large horses , a fast medium light horse can't do the job of handling armor , so remember if your going to redesign it. Also make sure the head's nose is a bit like a large horse nose you can look up Shire horses to help you. I hope this helps and you didn't take it as offensive , I just want to make suggestions.

You are completely right, I wanted it to look like a horse but a the same time not being too resemblant of any existing animal... so yeah I might change some things to it.

I honestly think you should redo the line for the second and third evo's. Inmy opinion, you shouldve done a satyr/faun for the second form ans a centaur for the third, but keep the knight armor look to it. I say this because the forms change a ton throught the forms and dont resemble each other a lot. But this is just my opinion. Its still a great pokemon line and this fakedex is one of the best out there. Hopefully waiting for the next update for this fakedex

Have you looked up many armors for animals used in war? That might help for upper body designs.
