This was shot way back when (La june) even Shuttleworth were affected by the new display distances. Everything hanging out was pretty much the only option and I had to get used to it very quickly. Thankfully it's back to business as usual at Old Warden. but I still need those skills at Duxford, though even Duxford seems to have got away with flying a little closer than most venues are able to, particularly down at the M11 end. I don't really bother with shows outside of Old Warden and Duxford these days, so the new rules haven't really affected me as much as other photographers.
