Holy cow, that crosshatching is INSANE! Great work, love the feel to this piece. The hair seems a little string-like, maybe it needs a little bit more texture to break it up a little, but that's a minor critique on an awesome picture!

The shadows could've been a little darker, but if you scanned this, that would explain the loss of darkness. I think the eye area could've also used a little more detail.
