Photoshop actually. I'm quite pleased with it, because most of the time when I try and do airbrushed for some reason it doesn't want to blur like it did today.

Yeah it's kind of special...the same can be said for me trying to lineart, sometimes the ones I do on the computer are decent, most of the time I'd rather just scan the lines. XD
