Hey guys.. this is what I've been working with the last weeks. I wanted to do a Carrera in insane speed with lotsa reflections and stuff, but i just couldnt handle it.. it was driving me nuts. In my eyes this one was a failure but i really hope some of you like it.Original image: [link]

Very nice work. My favourite Porsche is the Carrera GT which is one of the most beautiful cars ever built. This car also inspired me for a painting in Adobe Illustrator (2-D, using no mesh/no grid for gradients) from another interesting angle. See here: exotic-legends.deviantart.com/…

i can see how it was a failure in your eyes. but besides the need for more reflections from whats currently in the background, it came out well. I think you've always been better at kit designing and such. i miss the likes of your Audi R8 versus Shred.

Yeah, i wanted to keep it clean, thought the Mirage GT was perfect the way it was so i didnt add any mods. And as said, i wasn't satisfied with it at all, but i thought it was worth posting since i spent such a long time on it.
