Pake brush agak gedhe tapi hardness-nya dikurangi (biar kesannya nge-blur :] ) trus pake warna petir (biru, kuning..) bikin aliran petirnya pake brush ama warna itu.
Nah, abis itu, bikin layer baru (normal), pake brush (ukuran kecil) warna putih dengan hardness 100% (biar garisnya tegas), nah kamu tinggal timpa warna putih di atas warna blur petir tadi, tapi biar kesannya dapet, garis putihnya agak dibikin efek bergelombang2 kaya petir gitu deh ^^
