If I remember, the story is like this: (i made this comic 2 years ago)
While Shadow and Silver have a great battle, Sonic, Amy, Tails and Cream (Cheese with her of course) are vacationing on an island beach. However, in the midst of the fight, someone comes along and gives them a beating. Sonic somehow feels the danger and with Tails target where everything is happening. Sonic comes to his aid and overcomes this strange enemy, who tells them that he is not alone as everyone turns to the sky, well, there are supposed to be watching them, although that is not the end product.
The general idea of the comic, is to show a new group of enemies for Sonic and company, who come from another dimension, where there are also variants of the Chaos Emeralds, and come to get the Mother emerald and take this dimension under their control.
