Helicopter Widescreenmy first attempt at doing a vector based vehicle, wanted too do all little technical details but the photo i was refrencing from was just tooo small, so i ended up just "cartooning" it.

i think its an aussie tiger chopper, but after doin a google search on the Mangusta iam so doing one!!!

If I recall correctly, the Aussie tiger is a Mangusta modified for export to Austrailia.

I like it, but the lineart seems a little bit inconsistent in certain parts. Too thick in one side, then too thin on the other...

i know its a bit out-of-whack
but its just vectors and i was trying to shape them with gradients, basically this is the first photo ive ever tried to interpret with vectors
i know its not the best but i learned quite a bit from the endeavor

thank god the shadow was a drag and drop thing
i nearly drove myself mad spending 25 + odd hours hand vectorizing a photo

was going to do a background but thats usually the factor that makes a bad wallpaper image
