You need to acualy listen to the therapist and put effort into things. Otherwise you're gonna go nowhere. If you don't listen and just do everything the way you've been, nothings gonna get better, nothings gonna work. I know because I went to therapy for 1 1/2 years. I knew kids who came in for throwing chairs and 3 months later they were still throwing chairs and then they'd wonder why they were still there.
