Personality; Quiet but very open to people he trusts. He has a great sense of humor and would take a bullet for a friend.
Description; Jeremy is 13's brother. 13 and Jeremy aren't blood relatives, but they consider themselves family. He met 13 when he was 12. They were both living on the streets at the time, and only had each other. Ever since then they have never left each others side, and it will always stay that way.

One more thing I need to point out-
The little curl on his hair is a part of his design. Please draw it when you draw him. c:
