The character's name is Eccentric. I've had her for awhile. If you go way back in my gallery, you can find a few drawings of her.
I remade her a bit to fit my style better. Plus, her old design sucked.
I'm really proud of this, except the shading...

Hmm, I have a dark monitor, the only nitpick I have is that all I see is eyes and teeth!

Hmmm, what photo retouch program do you have? You might be able to adjust brightness, contrast, or gamma. those can do the trick without too much grief...

Yeah. That's the problem with her design too, her colors were originally even darker and I tried to lighten them up but I didn't do it well enough
