Commissioned by: . Another project called Sasuke Vs Sakura. I hope you watch out for this ^_^Sasuke began to get more impatient as he wanted to get this fight over with so as to continue after Danzo. To achieve this end he resolves to using his incomplete Susanoo to wrap this up. As Sasuke attempts to crush her, Sakura uses Katsuyu's massive chakra reserves to amplify her strength well beyond her normal limits to break the bones in Susanoo's arm.

Yes. While Sakura is fused with Katsuyu, she is able to regrow her limbs after self-amputating them. You will notice in the previous picture Sakura's arm is regrowing.

He said he was bad at writing female characters, bad at romance, and Sakura was scary enough.
You can find these all in the interview.
His deepest regrets were not being able to develop the females better but again it was a shonen.
