just being honest, it's really not a good OC. just some bad recolour of tails doesn't exactly scream effort and the big mistake that most people like you make when making an OC is keeping it in the sonic style so it's even more oblivious. at least with my bad ripoff OC i put him in a different style and also i actually put a little effort into him.

Dude, this is really impressive stuff. The attention to detail and character likeness is fantastic, plus the expressions are great.
I'd prefer the tickling to be a little more intense and Haruhi to be laughing her head off, but that's just me. Certainly doesn't detract from how good this pic is.
