Before you go blabbibg "No more new characters you noob!!" This is not a new character. I got tired of the dull, neon, old Van, so I redesigned him...Ill get to work on everyone's commissions again, I needed a break before I could finish them all

I'm sorry but I can hnestly say that I have never ran into your gallery before today miss... and I started sketching this last month. I actually based it off of one of my old RP characters on Impressive Title. I do understand how you could think that I based the picture off of yours- which is very nice, but Im not the type of artist who copy someone's work and not credit them. I was watching a deer movie at the time[Bambi]and it was at the part at which he was prancing around happily. The title is based off of Ke$ha's song, [link] . Im sorry but this is clearly a coincidence...

I do believe you, and I tried to reach you to know the truth an stop this drama that some of our fans have started. I personally never thought you'd do such an horrible thing, but I had to make sure. My work is getting more and more stolen these months, and I'm tired of it. Keep up your awesome work then, and my apologies for this drama.

No, thank you for handing this in a mature matter and not going complete Ninja on me XD Haha. Id never steal art, I am actually against it and try to stop those types of things. And yes, I have noticed that art has been becoming more vulnerable to art theft these recent months, its pretty sad. Keep up your awesome work too, it is very pretty. C:

I'm sorry but I don't think they look anything alike :/ This artist's pose is a bit different with the legs stretched and the head in a different position.. It's quite a fairly common jumping/falling pose and i've seen different variations round and about DA.. I'm just a lurker here, i'm taking anyones side btw..Just saying is all

You may not see it, but it indeed got traced, for some parts. The head may not be the same at all, it doesn't change the fact that the whole body, tail, and expecially paws are just the same, from the angle to the size. Modifing a traced piece is easy, so we shouldn't judge on small differences, but on identical things. Many people have already reported that picture to me via note, saying it has been stolen. So I'm trying to contact the artist who may have traced/steal it.

Er excuse me for butting in, and I don't want to cause any problems but don't you think it's possible it's just a coincidence?
This pose is common, and I couldn't even tell which lion you claimed she traced from your picture. (I even tried to overlay them on top of eachother to try and match the poses and I couldn't match them up.)
I don't think Van would ever trace, nor do I think you would either.
I think it's just a coincidence that you guys had both used the same pose. o:

I am not here to do a flame war or drama but i will correct you, if may i. Its true that its looking different because of paws but i did compare those two images cuz of curiosity and noticed that chest,back paw that is closer to us and tail are in same shape and position as on Kamys image. They are just slightly changed to fit to this char^^" you can check it by yourself if you dont believe me.
