So at the place that I do pole, they have changed their ariel hoop days and now I can go! I love it I had such a blast! Its super good fun and a workout too
Im going to be going every other week, but I must remember gloves next time (the hoop is wrapped in a grippy material but as soon as your hands sweat its sticks and im getting calluses real bad atm)

So yeah, just thought id share with you guys
