Excellent shot.
It always feels like the shot has a deeper moment when the subject uses their hands in the expression.
To me, when the subject places their hands on their body it creates a moment of self love and contentment of their own body. It make the moment that much more intimate, and even tender.

I truly love this shot. Very nice work here.
