Mozel Tov! Dann, as bizarre as this sounds i feel like we just had a baby (keep that on the down low my wife doesn't know). Β i really like what you did here you've got these subtle design elements going on in it or maybe it's just some artistic liberties i dunno but it works. this is exactly the sort of thing i'm talking about when i get an itch to see a bit of a different spin on a character i like done by another artist. i'll post this on the ROM blog asap. by the way this spring i'm going on my honeymoon to Greece and Israel i had an idea of a cool photo that i want to get with my copy of Incredible Hulk 256 (first Sabra appearance) while in Jerusalem but we'll see how that goes.

I tried a few different ways to draw her, but I really liked just framing her like this...it was fun. She's a cool character.

ya know i just would have been happy had you just included Sabra in one of your super heroes/villains mash up pieces but to actually make a Sabra feature piece was pretty damn cool of you you're a real mensch. she is a cool character but given her origins i ofcourse have a special affinity for the character. and in general it's cool how she was created by Bill Mantlo and Sal Buscema but also a little known fact is that the idea for the character was given to them by Mark Greunwald's second wife Belinda Glass. i've been sharing this a lot with folks today so you may notice some pretty good traffic here this weekend not to mention the blog posting. hey man i've come across some other ROM, Micronauts and Sabra related stuff in recent days check em out when ever you have some spare time this weekend . . .Β
