I love The Sex Pistols!! "Revolution" and "Timeless" are the 2 words I would use to describe them.
By the way, this is a very good rendering of Sid!
I didn't know anything about them until last year.. And when I'm listening to their songs, I'm amazed about the kind of sound they had back then, and often wonder about what kind of music they would be making if they were still active in the present.

well the pistols were bliddy brilliant, but they really didn't know how to play an instrument, none of them, haha. but they're brilliant, nonetheless. and woah, i too think about what the hell they would be making if they still were active. and sid still was alive 
actually i'm glad they're not active anymore. what if they had turned into a stadium, pr-sucking band like U2 has lately? ick, let's rather not think about such things, shall we. haha. love the pistols though.

i dont know, i'm pretty pissed off becourse of his shirt. but since prince harry used to wear this pattern it seems to me as if it is getting mainstream. nontheless, i hate all those f**** nazi bastards! and i dont think using their symbols could be called art, maybe i'm to sensible becourse i am german, but i definitely feel better now

Well, it's not 'getting' mainstream, at least not in this picture... Sid Vicious died in 1978 (i think, i'm not positive about the year) and he was known for being crude, lewd and downright offensive.... I thought this picture summed him up pretty well

The Sex Pistols used the swastika for shock value rather than belief of Nazism. Many Punks did it.

This is just awesome. I love the shading you did, your whole way of coloring looks really unique. I think you captured him very well, its impressive. I'm jealous of the folds on his shirt, I could never draw folds that well.
