I replicated the original logos, and here's the link.[link]
Alright, these are the recently versions of the remakes of probably the two most famous Pokemon games. I really liked the logos when I saw them, so I knew I had to go give it a try on Illustrator once again.
It may not be accurate, cause the names in japanese cover a bit of the design, so I tried to interpret it the best I could.
P.S. Just in case, I don't own the logos, I just own, if anything, this deviation. Hope you like it!

Ok everyone, just in case, I updated this deviation because I got the notice that the logos in the American version actually show up a bit more of these, and reveal that there is indeed a fourth leg for Lugia's icon, and Ho-oh's icon also showed a bit of a difference, so I took care of that in my replications. Hope you like it!

THAT IS AWESOME. I google searched and though I found an image alot like it....it had 3 F*ing legs....I can't see how people forgot to put another leg on...THANK U for realizing...and adding a good touch.

Thanks! Actually, I had done with the three legs, and other people did as well. When the American logos were shown to public, a kind deviant from here noticed me about it so I could update my replicas, and I went to do it the same day. Either way I tried to mimic the logos as accurate as possible, to the extent of what is shown.

Hehe, yeah. The Ho-oh one is harder to spot. The Lugia one, well, the japanese text covered it, so now it's visible.

Well, I use Illustrator. Basically the image won't get pixelated, since they are vectors. Although if you download the image, well, it will get pixelated if you zoom in cause in order to upload it i need to turn it into a .jpeg or any other extention, which is not a vector. You can make em clear as that with Photoshop and other programs too if you do it in a high resolution.

Nope, it's an Adobe product. You could try looking for other vectoring programs. There's another one called FreeHand, but it's from Macromedia, and it's not free either. I don't know of any free software that creates vectors, though. Sorry.

Indeed. I also agree that Silver is probably the best Pokemon ever (even though many people love Crystal more).
I'll be fixing the logos with an update, as the american versions of the logos show that the Lugia figure has all 4 legs, and the Ho-oh one looks a tid bit different too.

bueno, la verdad me da un poco de verguenza... espero que no te moleste (si es asi me avisas y rectifico)... pero yo tengo un informe muy detalaldo acerca de estos juegos, y tu sabes buscando por ahi, hace tiempo, consegui tu imagen original y la subi en el informe (eso si la imagen dice quien la dibujó ).... si quieres le hechas un vistazo para que veas, y si crees que debo quitarla me avisas...

Mira, ya que fuiste sincero conmigo pues lo seré igualmente contigo. Primero que nada gracias por tomarte la molestia de escribirme de vuelta con este tema. La única razón por la cual no me molesta que hayas usado las replicas que hize es, precisamente, porque son replicas, no trabajo original. Quierese decir que yo no tengo los derechos de esos logos ni nada por el estilo, y por eso mismo no le puse ningún tipo de watermark.
Al contrario, me halaga que los hayas usado, ya que veo interes en mi trabajo viniendo de otras personas, y aun más contigo que veo que haces todos esos updates en la página acerca del juego. Sí me hubiese gustado que me dejaras saber sobre eso al momento que lo hiciste, pero no es de molestarme, solo me hubiese gustado ese um... como lo digo? Creo que le puedo llamar precaución (a pesar de que no son propiedad mia), pero la otra razón es para también ver como se valora mi trabajo en otros sitios.
También note que me diste crédito, que hasta el nickname es un link a mi galería de deviantart. Esos son son como quien dice "puntos extra" XD, asi que te lo agradezco.
