Hazama was an evil person but saved by the Only Shiny Umbreon with the special abilities that is alike him.The evil minds in Hazama and Yuki Terumi completely vanished and turned into Serpent human.Umbreon was killed by Trail God Noah because of breaking and upsetting 'The Rules of Nature'.Hazama found out the secret for about a year ago and completely lost his mind.Shuddering.So thankful to that Umbreon but cannot do anything to save him.The Umbreon was his(or Terumi's) actual partner called Texas.The Purple Dragon.

No,it's from a fan story. He says that was an idea or suggestion for pokèmon but got rejected. So the story is not entirely his.
