Just a character that going to appear in the comic ( I think
) , Her name is Mina Dell and she's a ghost hunter from another country. That pretty much all I can say right now. Donβt want to bore you guys too much with information

aweome my Danny phantom oc has parents who hunts ghosts, they are going to live in emethy park cause there have been a lot of reports about ghosts, there XD she however ends up as a ghost hybrid as well, but in another way XD
