Shade the hair.
And the dress. Just shading along the outside edges is not realistic, it could be better. Try experimenting with adding folds in dresses.

Yeah, it's pretty hard to do it with such a small pic, so I'm moving on to bigger dolls. ^_^ Thanks for the comments, they really help me in making dolls.
