Before I approached strangers for their portraits, I used to take it candidly without their permission.This was a very close encounter. Right after I took this shot, she stopped and had this very startled look towards me... my heart raced as I slowly stepped aside with a slight smile while she just continued to walk past me.

Its against the law to take a picture of a non public figure without their knowledge or permission and use it for commercial purposes. Fuck u. If I ever see u and u take a pic of me, I will deck u in the face. U lack respect so thats why im writing like this.

First off if you had bothered to read that article i linked you too, you would have realized that the images in Walker Evans Collection where in fact for "sale" like most artists gallery's. His main objective however was found to create art, ART. Besides that i haven't seen Danny put his images up for sale yet, so you my friend are a giant idiot for the way that you address people. Once again because you are illiterate THESE IMAGES ARE NOT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES!!!!

It's actually completely legal to take photos of anyone in a public place as long as it's used for portfolio or gallery purposes. I'm not selling this photo or using it for any commercial purpose. And I would hate to come across you in the streets
