Here he is again after a very long time - Melvin Cara, Student Council President of Vinesca High School! However, he is not equally popular among the student: while the teachers and his friends appreciate him for his hard work, he is disliked by many "outsider" clique because of his arrogant behaviour towards them. This is why he is sceptical when Thomas decides to run for SCP as well.Melvin usually appears as a confident student who takes his job as the SCP seriously, but deep inside he is also very insecure because his parents have high expectations on him.
His closest friends are Chocella and Liz (both also members of the Student Council).
