Scorpion cant win because nothing he has can penetrate Jorge's armor. Fire wont hurt Jorge, no punch from a man will hurt him (scorpion would just break his own hand). We know via the mortal kombat games that Scorpion doesnt have superhuman strength based on his abilities in the game. For example he cant throw the larger characters like Shao Khan and Goro and his punches really only do the damage of maybe a person slightly stronger than normal because he fights normal people like Sonja that wouldnt be able to take punishment from stronger people. Also because his bones can be broken by ordinary people that dont have enhanced strength we know he is not invulnerable. So even if he cannot be killed his body can be destroyed thereby losing the fight. Now Jorge cannot be hurt by normal punches or fire so that leaves scorpion with no viable means of defeating Jorge. Jorge has enhanced strength also which a person without significant protection wouldnt survive, which Scorpion doesnt have. So the only logical win based on the games themselves is Spartan 052 Jorge.

Scorpion has moves of his own and can damage Jorge. There are X-ray moves. Should I remind you that Jorge died in the explosion in space in the Reach game? Scorpion and other mortal kombat characters don't just throw normal punches. Plus Spartans' armor isn't invincible, after some hits on them, they start to take real damage. Even though Scorpion lost some battles of his own, he is still very capable of killing any Spartan he comes across. Scorpion is one of the big MK characters of the game.

I think most people think Scorpion would win just because they don't have Halo or even an Xbox. But my bet is still on... *drumroll* Scorpion!
