Prismatic (ultrahardcel Style)
Prismatic Shading takes cel shading and gives it some bite, having harder edges and colors cast throughout the artwork. Great for showing off characters in a unique style.
Bust Shot - $30
Full Body - $50
add BG +50$
add extra character - 2x
Legacy (watercolorcel Style)
Inspired by the megaman zero games, Legacy incorporates a softer watercolor cel style while helping depict characters in exciting poses and accentuating their features. Great for just about anything and looks particularly good on posters, blogs, etc.

Yeah, animation takes a *lot* of effort, my dude.
All things considered, I think I'd argue that's a pretty reasonable price as far as the capital/labor ratio goes.
I feel you, though. Can't tell you how much I want one of those animated stat cards. c:
