"I was younger then, I wasn’t afraid of anything, I didn’t think about dying for a second. I thought I was invincible. Then I met some girl. I wanted to live, I started to think like that; for the first time I was afraid of death. I had never felt like that before."Yeah.. I have no idea why I did this sketch, symbolism.. maybe? Some sort of event that struck Nick.. maybe? The artist was a lazy git who doesn't bother putting some thought into his work.. who knows.

This is an amazing sketch of the day! I love how Nick has gone through some sort of hell and in the end a butterfly, symbol for rebirth, lands on his nose as if to say, "There are great changes ahead for you." It's like knowing that what he just went through was the end to one chapter and that the butterfly is a symbol of better things to come. That's what I think, anyway.
