I have never felt the head over heels Love (romantic sort anyway) for any human male. Mostly think some men have hansome faces, but yours is one of the most hansome ones with your long dark hair and kind eyes, but still see you as my Brother. Yes you are very hansome, don't you ever get compliments from your actual girlfriend? Usually the way one looks is part of the whole human mating ritual. Find you other half, with the right personality, looks, etc and settle down. I don't date so not much more to it as far as i'm concerned.
