I felt like doing another typographic picture like my old picture of Josh Franceschi from 2 years ago. And since my favourite band at the moment is Green Day i figured I might as well make the picture of Billie Joe. I got a few more ideas for more typographic pictures but I'll try those using a different style.This picture took me around 2 to 3 weeks of a couple hours of work a day to do so it was quite time consuming. I would come home from work and do this.
This picture is made up of 17000 words excluding the words of parts that were doubled up on such as the shadows to make them darker than the rest of the photo. The words come from the lyrics of 76 different songs by Green Day here is the list of songs lyrics used.

That's some seriously tight typographic work, can barely differentiate the letters, but I'll take your word for it that those are in there.

Haha Thanks, yeah tight spacing is how I like the typographic stuff, I wanted it to look more like a regular picture, then when you get up close you see the words and such in it. I'm starting to work on a new typographic piece that will be much easier to read and using a bit of a different style.

Holy mackerel. How do you have the patience to do something this amazing!? o__O I love this! It's brilliant! I have to give you extra credit for the tattoos on his arm. Those look fantastic.

Thanks yeah it definitely tested my patience at times, sometimes when I was working on it I wasn't happy with it then I would look at everything I had done as a whole and that kept me going. Yeah the tattoos on his arm was actually pretty simple. I left the other arm blank just cause the tattoos on that arm were so detailed that if I tried it would have looked like a cluster fuck of colours and words.
