I really like this piece of art. First, I like the different colours, especially the ones you used to illustrate the sky. They, in contrary to the strong red of her umbrella, have quite a reserved impact on me. However, in my opinion this supports the idea of them being diamond rain drops as the case may be part of the diamond stky.
I like the title you chose, but I think a little glitter is missing and the nearer they come to the girl, the more they look like snow flakes to me... or was it your intention to create them as snowflakes and not rain drops?

Hello dear! First, thank you so much for your critique, it is always appreciated. I like to leave to the viewer's own imagination to decide what it is. However, I will state what I intended in this artwork this time: the title is subjective, I am not actually portraying a literal diamond rain. It was just a normal sky - whether it is snowing or raining (more probably snowing) - but in this girl's view, it was much more than that: for her, the sky looks magic, as if anything was possible, even a beautiful diamond rain.

Sometimes when feeling in the grey hole,
a look upwards, from down where the heavy feelings our heart stole,
a drop on the face, the sensation of water, reminding our senses,
lost in thoughts until they dissolve. At night we go to sleep and from
the black velvet slumber our soul awakens and the small wonders are built into us,
and another day comes by to see.
