The first ever Pokemon OC of mine as well as being the most popular, Felix the Oshawott returns! Some of his Dewott appearances have been incorporated into his Oshawott design to make the best of both worlds. Don't worry though! Teen Felix will co-exist alongside Felix as a separate character.As for Oshawott Felix, you might be seeing this design again really soon. But where? Hmm.....
