New CPOC in the making from an RP. We needed a new mysterious villain and this one came to mind. There's so much to add, but I'll do it later since I have other things to do. This is just a concept. Meaning, it's not finished.
Umm...let's see, what to say, what to say. She's basically this grotesque, zombie rabbit, but a little more complex than that. The chainsaw is subject to change in a more unique appearance, and it can also transform into a Chain-Saw.

She doesn't function like a human, and therefore runs on instinct for mindless killing (Something I rarely do btw). She's drawn to kill just about anything that moves, but also vandalizes property to clear the way of her travels. Her ways of killing are by mutilation, strangulation and regurgitating a black, and sticky substance into her living or dead victim's mouths or the ripped open mouths of inanimate objects such as: Dolls, Stuffed animals or generally anything with a face which will animate/force them to kill anyone that's near them before they die completely. This also includes the corpses of dead animals too.
