Description Anthros!

Yup....

This is an art trade, I based the design from this illustration: [link]
I know the translation to my style is far from flawless, but I don't do much anthros, and also, the feet are in "futuristic" boots for no reason..it seems(long story).
This is also a semi-cartoonish style, huh? Well, this would be weird in a semi-realistic style, I'll tell you that
Yeah..she's supposed to be a cat too..I fail.

Hope you like it!

Done in Sai only. Took about 1.5 hours (Really easy CG!)

I can assure you that this is definetly NOT a fail. Those are some very good lines there. And the colors are a nice mix.
But what I find most impressive is the shading. HOW. How do you do it ?? It's like, half cell-shading half fade shading !

haha, it just looks like a fox to me, that is fail.
I guess doing the lineart in vector is faster than doing it in Photoshop (still, it's not as rich a yours). Well, it is pretty easy, it can be done with only two layers, once the shaded part, and one the lighing part, just blur some parts of the lighiting layer ( I just did the parts facing opposite the source of lighting).
While it's nothing really special, it does it's job fast.
Also, you're the last person in my list for art trades, sorry for the lateness, I mean, I already did the pencil, just tell me how you would like to see it: digital or traditional.
