Hmmmm well yes that's very possible. I know you can play poker via MSN if you have that and I've played yakyuken (strip rock paper scissors) on it before... With my friend drawing little doodles to represent me and her so she could draw them getting progressively unclothed.
Dunno if you doodle though since that relies on being able to draw up the doodle in a minute or so for maximum speed...

And for sketches, I don't really do that much anymore. I'm usually taking the time to just draw out my pictures and have colors in it.
